Fiji welcomes more girls and women to rugby
Oceania Rugby and University of the South Pacific undertook research to find out the barriers, motivations and opportunities around women playing rugby. In the research, it was clear girls and women are drawn to the solidarity, excitement and opportunities connected to rugby. They are keen to embraces the risks do rugby and know that good coaching and training helps make the game as safe as possible.
