ABOUT OCEANIA RUGBY
Oceania Rugby
Founded in 2000, Oceania Rugby is one of six regional associations of World Rugby, responsible for fostering the game within its jurisdiction, whilst representing the interests of its 17 Member Unions.
Oceania Rugby works closely with its members to promote the growth and development of rugby throughout the Oceania region. Central to this work are a series of regional tournaments and competitions, sport for development programs and capacity and capability initiatives led and coordinated by Oceania Rugby.
Oceania Rugby’s sport for development programs contribute to achieving gender equality, reducing inequality, and ending violence against women and children, and are built around the rugby values.
