Challenging Inequality & Influencing Change

Erin Hatton:

Erin has over 25years experience in the sport and humanitarian development sectors and over 15 years experience working within womens sport. In her current role at Oceania Rugby as the Development & Partnerships Manager, Erin has lead the region’s Social-Change, Sport Diplomacy and Women in Rugby strategies, and the International Partnerships that help drive them.

Dr Teeny Aiken:

Teeny joined Oceania Rugby in June 2022 as the Women's Rugby Project Officer. Her lifelong passion for sports and experiences as a competitive boxer lead her to pursue a career in sport development. She completed her PhD in Sport Management during which her research focused on social perceptions of gender and sport and has previously worked in swimming, beach volleyball, and cricket. Teeny is also an active Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach and university course facilitator.
