Constitution
The Oceania Rugby Constitution dates back to 2000 and the establishment of the Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions.
On 26 June 2009 the Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions was Incorporated under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (NZ).
The 2016 Annual General Meeting determined to change the organisation's name and on 29 April 2016 Oceania Rugby Incorporated was established.
The 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting approved the constitutional amendments and resolutions required to comply with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 (NZ).
On 27 March 2026, Oceania Rugby Incorporated was re-registered under the Act 2022 (NZ).
