About Oceania Rugby
Match Officials Selection Committee
The Oceania Rugby Match Official Selection Committee supports the organisation to:
- Make selection of Match Officials and Coaches of Match Officials for Oceania designated tournaments and matches;
- Identify future talent, both Match Officials and Coaches of Match Officials; and
- Development of Match Officials and Coaches of Match Officials in the Oceania region in conjunction with the Regional Training Manager (RTM) and Member Unions.
The Medical Injury Prevention Group works closely with the Oceania Rugby, Member Unions and World Rugby in achieving the above.
Nominations are received for the Committee which is duly appointed by the Oceania Rugby Executive Committee every two years.
