Oceania Rugby: Fijian influencers explain how they got into rugby

Research from University of the South Pacific says 68% of women who play sport other than rugby would be influenced by the quality of the coaches and safe, accessible playing spaces. Women who are thinking about playing rugby also recognise the way it opens doors to travel, education and employment opportunities.
